Forze Hydrogen Racing
As I started my last year of studies I wanted to grow my skills more in my desired field of work which led me to Forze Hydrogen Racing. In 2022 I started part-time in the marketing department, where I worked on a social media video series called “Ask Our Engineer” and started shooting for a documentary. Next to that, I worked on designs for merchandising like shirts, posters, mugs, and more.
As I grew in my role I decided that another year, now as a full-time PR & Marketing manager, would give me even more opportunities to develop my skills.
I became one of the two full-time PR & Marketing managers at Forze responsible for all social media outlets. From planning to creating, publishing, and community management we have managed to grow our platforms. Next to creating content I also worked closely with our partners on collaborated content (Partner Activations), from standing photo posts to videos or a blog article. Besides our online presence, collaborations, and campaigns, I was also responsible for our offline image. Designs for team clothing, banners, flyers, and more first go past me.
While working at Forze I have found that my passion lies in creating content for and with people. I love to capture moments of joy and hard work. In my opinion, to document something for someone is one of the best things there is.
Campaigns, to make it stand out!
To promote some bigger projects we use campaigns. In the last few months, I have worked on two campaigns.
Roll-out
One of our campaigns was our roll-out, where our Forze IX drove its first metres on its accumulator. To celebrate this milestone we set up a campaign, with a press release and a video.
H2 Helmet Design
Another campaign I worked on was the H2 Helmet Design, where followers were able to send in their designs for our driver’s new helmet.
Here I worked on the Helmet Reveal where we revealed the new design to our followers and driver.
At Forze Hydrogen Racing is completely dependent on their partnerships. As a way to show how they work together, we make partner content.
In my year (2023/2024) I am completely responsible for this part of the marketing department. Here you can find one of the videos I have made.

Faces of Forze
As social media was getting more and more personal we felt the Forze Hydrogen Racing Social media accounts need to become also more personal.
As the team is quite a special team, due to their nature of changing every academic school year and being fully made out of students we wanted to highlight the people in the team. We did this by asking some of the team members who is most likely to questions. I filmed series in one day and was able to edit 1 episode in a day for that specific week.

Day in the live
As Forze is a team changing every academic school year and being fully made out of students, coming up to the recruitment periode, we wanted to show potential new team members what a day at Forze is like for the different roles.
